Our clients at Ground Construction rank among the top ten in the UK for providing groundworks and concrete frames. Without knowing it, you have no doubt encountered their work at some point, be it in your own home or office anywhere in the UK. The team at Ground Construction were also proud to be celebrating an illustrious award of recognition from the RoSPA Health and Safety Awards. This was the RoSPA President’s Award, which recognizes 10 consecutive RoSPA Gold Awards. What this shows is an immense dedication and compliance with top-level health and safety standards – something which we at Hog Roast Hertfordshire are also proud to boast with our own catering services.
So it is little wonder then that the Ground Construction team would be putting on a corporate event in light of this immense recognition. Having worked with some of the biggest global brands across multiple industries previously, Hog Roast Hertfordshire are proud to add yet another to our illustrious portfolio.
To the event, then, which was our signature hog roast dining experience with a couple of bespoke additions requested by the client. Our hog roast is always going to be a popular choice among both our private customers and our corporate clients on account of both the spectacle and the great tastes that it provides. Marking any occasion is easy when you have a dining experience this good on show! The Hog Roast Hertfordshire had our hog roast prepped and cooking early in the day so that it would have all of the 6-8 hours required to come to the perfect level of crisp and tender come serving time at 5pm. It was served along with the client’s request of gourmet sausages and marinated chicken thighs, well grilled thanks to our easy to use grill attachment which can be placed directly onto our mobile hog roaster.
