A big thank you to Darren and Lindsey, whom were fantastic and thoroughly looked after us and help make our 120th party such a great evening. The food was delicious and everyone commented on the quality and flavour of the meat, crackling, stuffing and sauces, as well as the lovely selection of wraps and rolls. The vegetarian option we had was the jackfruit – it was so tasty and the flavours we perfect. I’d love the recipe for that please.
I would highly recommend you and your team to anyone, and thank you again. Well done to Darren and Lindsey – such a friendly and professional team who looked after all our guests. They left the site spotlessly clean too.
