Firstly we only serve your food once it has reached the required temperature, which we probe and record as normal practice.
When we carve your meat, we keep it on the hot plate ensuring it is piping hot and it is either carved and served as you queue with your bun or we have chafing dishes that have burners underneath keeping the meat lovely and hot as well as not letting it dry out and loose that all important moist, succulent and tenderness that makes our hog roasts one you will want to come back for
