Max works at a community centre in a lovely town with local people attending the centre for all kinds of events, ranging from children’s groups to sports clubs, and much more. To make a good start to 2025, Max planned an event with a delicious meal for people to enjoy, alongside an opportunity to chat and relax after the busy festive period. For the menu, Hog Roast Farnham was hired to cater for the occasion. Max liked the sound of our classic hog roast and agreed that it would be the perfect warming menu for enjoying on a chilly January evening. Not only this but it is also packed full of delicious dishes, making it suitable for guests of all ages.
On the day of the event, the Hog Roast Farnham team is planning to arrive at the community centre in the morning to give us plenty of time to prepare the dishes on-site. We will begin with the main dishes, including the whole-roasted hog, succulent pork sausages, and BBQ-pulled jackfruit. Once ready, the mains will be served in fresh bread rolls, alongside sage and onion stuffing, homemade applesauce, and crispy crackling. Additionally, we will be serving homemade chips, corn cobettes, gourmet coleslaw, and a selection of fresh salad dishes. Overall, this will create a tasty and varied menu, with a wide selection of dishes for the guests to enjoy. Our menu is sure to be a success and we are excited to see so many people enjoying our menu!
