We are offering a DIY menu as we have no more chefs on some dates, so customers are hiring our smaller machines and having a go themselves. Its actually quite fun and laid back when you hire a machine of us and chef yourself. (some people love it so much ,they buy a machine from us and make it a regular date on their calendar) All the hard work of getting the pig, racking and scoring ready for cooking and of course setting everything up in the garden is done.
