The last event we catered for was practically right on our doorstep in Hemel Hempstead. We did a lamb roast at a christening on sunday afternoon and served the succulent lamb with mint sauce soft rolls and a range of salads as well as new potatos in a tasty herb butter. It was a great day as the sun was shinning as we got some great feed back from the customers.
