Today a team of our caterers made a short journey from our catering unit to a local wedding anniversary party in Turnford, honouring the thirty year companionship of Barry and Scarlett, a special day for all so we had to make sure we delivered.
The party was held at a community centre, so we had to arrive early to set up our gazebo outside and start to prepare the hog roast Turnford. Out of our many menu options, the hosts chose home-bred hog with crackling, homemade stuffing and apple sauce and fresh crispy salad for their 150 guests. So as we worked on whipping up a delicious meal for all whilst celebrations proceeded inside. It didn’t take long for a familiar mouth watering aroma to fill the air and waft its way into the building and instantly caught the guests attention and left many coming out into the sunny weather to see the food being prepared for themselves and we were repeatedly asked when the food would be ready.
By using our top of the line hog roasting ovens and our expert chefs it doesn’t take long to make extraordinary food, even with our no room for error policy. All our recipes have their own special touch to make them unique and to make eating food prepared by us an experience in itself.
Once the food was ready the guests were full of anticipation ready to indulge in the succulent food that they could see in front of them. The chef carved into the hog roast Turnford which was met by cheers as the knife made contact with the meat, shortly after guests had plates full of hog served with the stuffing, sauce and salad made as well as fresh rolls to go alongside their meal. Before too long the room was filled with smiling faces and guests coming to us for seconds and even third servings! We were left with no food by the end and a room full of satisfied full guests.
All that remained was to pack all the equipment up and make the short van trip back to the unit after another successful party full of praise for our chefs hard work.
